1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 4639club ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 4639club.org and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the 4639club website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration

• You may only hold one (1) account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4639club Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 4639club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

4639club offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4639club Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 4639club Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the intellectual property of 4639club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 4639club makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 4639club's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

4639club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension and Termination
